Start Service

Fill it out online and then email it, fax it to 919-553-0719, or bring your completed application directly to Town Hall located at 111 E. Second St.

Stop Service

Customers that need to close their account, please complete the Utility Disconnect Request Form (PDF).

Request Payment Extension

Customers may request a payment extension two times per calendar year. In order to request an extension please complete the Extension Request Form. Bank draft customers are not eligible for extensions.
