Meet Our Staff

Ric Goldstein
Sound engineer Ric Goldstein, a.k.a. "Ricky G," may spend most of his time at the sound console, but he never hesitates to pitch in wherever he’s needed at TCC events. A veteran part-time staff member, Ric says his favorite part of working at The Clayton Center is the fellowship with his colleagues. “I am proud of my job and where I work, and I enjoy the confidence that comes with working with the best.”

We probably should have known better than to ask a sound engineer to name his favorite band, but he was kind enough to tell us that Rebelution is his current favorite. Thank you for all you do, Ric!

Heather Desaulniers
Part-time lead event staff Heather Desaulniers, says the top-notch team makes working at The Clayton Center a joy. Heather has been with us since August 2021, wraHeatherDesaulier500xngling our front-of-house teams and bar staff to pull off all sorts of fabulous events without a hitch. She enjoys working with clients and helping to make their events, big or small, a success. Heather also loves 80s music and looks forward to enjoying the Drifters when they hit The Clayton Center stage in April.
